Ahmadinejad: Iran-Indonesia cooperation strengthen global peace, security Tehran

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Tuesday that all-out cooperation between Iran and Indonesia would benefit both nations as well as global peace and security.
Speaking to reporters after signing five memoranda of
understanding (MoU)’s with Indonesia on expansion of all out cooperation between the two countries, he described the current visit of the Indonesian president to Tehran as a ‘historical event’ which would help deepen ties between the two countries.
Iran and Indonesia are now broadening ties at international level, said the Iranian president, adding that the two sides’ views on regional and global developments are very close and identical.
Iran and Indonesia share common stands regarding current developments in the Middle East region including Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq, he said, adding that the two sides believe that unity and solidarity among regional nations as well as their national sovereignty should be safeguarded.
The Iranian president also underlined that the aliens should avoid meddling in the affairs of other countries, adding that both Iran and Indonesia call for mobilization of all capabilities to end massacre of innocent and defenseless people.
